What You’ll Do

Owner & Resident Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and residents, ensuring timely responses and clear communication.

Property Operations:

Oversee day-to-day management of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and operating smoothly.

Maintenance Coordination:

Manage maintenance requests, vendor coordination, and project follow-up to ensure timely and cost-effective resolution.

Leasing Support:

Collaborate with leasing to ensure properties are competitively marketed and vacancies are minimized.

Escalation Management:

Handle escalated owner and resident issues with professionalism and urgency.

Financial Oversight:

Monitor owner reserves, approve invoices, and support rent increases and collections processes.

Compliance & Processes:

Ensure adherence to landlord-tenant laws, company policies, and operational procedures.

Team Coordination:

Provide direction to support staff and collaborate across departments to ensure seamless operations.

An experienced Property Manager or similar professional with strong operational and communication skills.

Role Requirements

Proven experience in property management, leasing, or a similar role.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with Oregon landlord-tenant laws and market conditions.

Proficiency with Google Workspace and property management software (AppFolio preferred).

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work Monday–Friday in Troutdale, OR office.

Physical Demands

Ability to remain seated or standing at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.

Comfortable with repetitive motions such as typing and using a mouse or trackpad.

Good vision for reading and working on computer screens (with or without corrective lenses).

Ability to occasionally lift or carry light objects (e.g., laptops, office supplies, or small packages) up to 20 pounds.

Occasional moving as needed to retrieve supplies or attend meetings.

Awareness of maintaining ergonomic posture and workspace setup to prevent strain.
