Marketing Specialist

Execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, website, and traditional channels Keep website and social content fresh, engaging, and on-brand Partner with designers and community teams on print and digital materials Manage campaign timelines, budgets, vendors, and agency deliverables Support onboarding and marketing launches for new communities Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on insights Manage online reputation and location listings (Google, Yelp, Apple, Bing) Support branding initiatives, collateral, and promotional materials Improve marketing processes and workflow efficiency What You Bring

4+ years of marketing, digital marketing, or project coordination experience Strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot/CRM, Canva, WordPress, and project management tools Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills Comfort using AI tools to support workflow and productivity Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Bonus:

Experience with Birdeye, WelcomeHome CRM, or Yardi Office-based with occasional visits to community locations Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs Business casual, dress-for-your-day environment Ready to make an impact and have fun doing it? Let’s talk.
