What You'll Do We’re looking for an Analyst to join our Real Estate Equity Portfolio Management team. In this role, you will provide support to the U.S. Property Portfolio Team through performance analysis, reporting, modeling, and data‑driven insights to help inform investment and strategy level decisions. In addition, you will assist portfolio managers with client and consultant engagement by providing data‑oriented insights and participation in external communication.

Portfolio Management: Develop knowledge of the assets within the portfolio, the strategy, and the broader real estate asset class.

Reporting/Analytics: Prepare recurring portfolio, financial reports and presentations under guidance from senior staff. Assist in providing analytical insights on portfolio diversification, operating data, performance returns, attribution, and other asset/portfolio metrics. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of a diverse range of reporting deliverables. Support ad‑hoc analyses and projects as requested.

Teamwork/Collaboration: Demonstrate accountability, attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to meet deadlines. Actively seek feedback and contribute to a positive team culture. Support peers by sharing resources and assisting on joint projects.

Other Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to special projects and ad‑hoc assignments for the portfolio management team. Leverage automation and analytical tools to identify opportunities for efficiency and enhance actionable insights.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in finance, business or related field. Emphasis in real estate preferred.

Working knowledge of commercial real estate modeling techniques including ARGUS is preferred. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; experience with modeling software/analysis tools is preferred.

Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

Success in this position requires attention to detail, a strong quantitative financial background and the ability to make effective decisions.

Ability to work effectively in a deadline‑driven environment while balancing multiple priorities.

Location This role will be based out of our World Headquarters located in Des Moines, IA.
