CGI Federal is seeking a qualified Technical Field Service Representative to join our team. The position requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, problem solving ability and organizational skills.

This position is located in Jacksonville, Florida onsite and will require 25% domestic/international travel. OCONUS including Philippians, South Korea, Norway, Saudi Arabia etc.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Mark, Pack, Inventory, and track equipment using MCPIC software and hardware systems.

Monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices to maintain full system operation and capability.

Assist with software and hardware installation and testing.

Domestic/international travel 25% of the time. (OCONUS including Philippians, South Korea, Norway, Saudi Arabia)

Provide customer support and training with logistics software and hardware.

Have proficient basic computer skills consisting of email, Microsoft Office software, electronic timesheets, network usage and basic database entry.

Resolve issues utilizing excellent customer service skills, problem solving skills, technical thinking/reasoning skills, and a high level of individual judgment to ensure outcomes of customer satisfaction.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

3+ Years of relevant experience

Ability to successfully complete the CGI Federal Background Investigation to include; 50 State Criminal, Education and Employment; Additionally, your ability to successfully complete a Credit and/or Driving Records Checks may be conducted if required by the contract for continued employment.

Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance is required for continued employment; U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.

Possession of a valid state driver's license.

Must be capable of obtaining a forklift and scissor lift license.

Must be capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds multiple times during an 8 hour work day.

Applicants must be organized, flexible, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a team environment, but also capable of completing individual tasks in a timely manner.

US citizenship required

Able to work in a fast paced, teamwork environment.

Be willing to work in non-climate controlled, dusty environment.

Perform routine warehouse housekeeping.

Current CompTIA Security Plus Certification (or ability to obtain certification within 6 months).

Desired qualifications
on-essential skills required:

Possess an active SECRET clearance.

Logistics background and an understanding of DoW operations.

Experience with logistics support in a contracting environment.

CompTIA A+.

Compensation CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $46,900.00 - $65,100.00.
