Responsibilities: Manage property marketing materials, outside marketing vendors, and vacancy plans Coordinate property upkeep to support market readiness Manage internal service contracts (internet, office services, etc.) Organize and support Operations and Executive Meetings Coordinate commercial real estate closings, due diligence, legal, and loan partners Serve as point of contact for tax accountant coordination and depreciation support Manage contracts and relationships with engineering, legal, and technical vendors Qualifications: Experience in commercial real estate operations or property management Strong organizational and project‑management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a xywuqvp fast‑paced environment Professional communication skills and discretion with confidential information What We Offer: Direct collaboration with executive leadership Exposure to commercial real estate operations and transactions Professional, collaborative work environment Competitive compensation based on experience
