Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Guthrie, OK for an Escrow Assistant. The Escrow Assistant will support the escrow team with tasks such as managing the escrow process, preparing documents for property closings, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate transaction records, and working closely with clients and team members to ensure smooth and timely property closings. Qualifications
Proficiency in escrow processes, including managing escrow accounts and preparing closing documentation Experience handling closings, ensuring accurate and timely completion of real estate transactions Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on professionalism and dependability Notary certification or willingness to obtain certification, as required Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of title insurance processes and relevant state-specific regulations is a plus
