This role is perfect for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast paced, customer facing environment, and gets real satisfaction from closing a deal. You will work with a collaborative, service minded team that values personality, professionalism, and consistency, with room to grow within property management.
What You Will Do
Welcome and connect with prospective residents in person, by phone, text, and email
Lead engaging apartment and community tours that highlight features and lifestyle
Build rapport quickly and confidently move prospects through the decision process
Market available apartments through conversations, outreach, and social platforms
Process applications and leases accurately and on time
Support resident events and help create a positive community vibe
Serve as a friendly, reliable point of contact for current residents
Requirements Who you are
Naturally outgoing, upbeat, and comfortable starting conversations
Confident in sales, persuasion, or closing, formal sales experience not required
Great communicator who enjoys talking with people face to face and on the phone
Organized, responsive, and dependable with follow upA team player who takes pride in representing a community
Interested in growing within property management or real estate
Experience That Helps But Is Not Required
Leasing, hospitality, retail, or customer facing sales experience
Experience meeting goals, quotas, or performance targets
Comfort using CRM systems, email, and scheduling tools
