Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team full time in Middletown, PA, about 10 miles SE of Harrisburg. Our ideal PTA is a compassionate, patient-centered clinician who thrives in an integrated care environment and communicates well with both patients and our multidisciplinary team. We work with a wide range of conditions, including orthopedic rehabilitation, aquatic therapy, post-surgical care, chronic pain, and sports-related injuries, and we’re looking for someone dependable, proactive, and motivated to provide high-quality care while contributing positively to our clinic culture. Roles and Responsibilities
Assist with patient education regarding treatment goals, exercises, home programs, long-term functional wellness, and benefits of continued therapy Assist PTs with therapy and treatments (guide patients through therapeutic exercises, gait training, functional movement training and mobility work) and use of a variety of modalities Implement individualized treatment plans created by the PTs Qualifications
Completion of a Physical Therapy Assistant program PA PTA license Schedule
Full time (40 hours per week) Salary (range)
$65k to $75k (depending on experience) Benefits
