Overview
What We’re Looking For
As a Technical Writer at CyberPoint, you will support the development and maintenance of documentation that enables mission‑critical operations. You'll work closely with technical teams to translate complex information into clear, concise and user‑friendly materials.
This position is contingent upon contract award.

What You'll Do
Assist in preparing and maintaining operations documentation, user guides, manuals and technical publications
Gather technical information and translate it into clear written content
Write and edit technical documentation for a variety of audiences
Maintain and organize internal documentation libraries
Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and clarity
Use tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Visio to develop documentation
This position is 100% onsite and requires an active TS/SCI+FSP Security Clearance .
Qualifications
What You’ll Need
US Citizenship
Active TS/SCI + Full Scope Polygraph
Associate's degree in a technical discipline
OR two (2) additional years of Technical Writing experience in lieu of a degree
2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer on programs/contracts of similar scope and complexity
Understanding of basic grammar and technical writing concepts
Ability to gather and organize technical information into written formats
Experience using word processing and presentation tools (eg MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
What Will Set You Apart
Experience supporting technical or mission-focused programs
Familiarity with structured documentation practices or style guides
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
