Job Responsibilities In-person marketing with guests checking into resorts Schedule guests to meet with member services to discuss owner updates and workshops Offer gifts to guests for participating in updates Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests who should be checking in during a shift Distribute parking passes, activity schedules, and area brochures to guests Meet production standards on a weekly basis Job Expectations and Requirements 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred but not required Maintain production standards Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills, and smart devices Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space High School Diploma or equivalent is required; College Degree preferred Benefits, Compensation, and Training Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage within 30 days Weekly base and uncapped commissions Initial paid training covering the sales process, product knowledge, and sales psychology 401(k) matching Monthly, quarterly, and yearly recognition programs How You'll Be Rewarded Medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, life and accident coverage, disability, paid time off (depending on position), parental leave and holidays, wish day paid time to volunteer, 401(k) with employer match, legal and identity theft plan, voluntary income protection benefits, wellness program, employee assistance program Compensation The hourly rate for this role is $16.90 – $16.90 plus commissions and bonuses.
