Town Square Media Group is looking for a Radio Host / Digital Content Writer for KEZJ in Twin Falls, Idaho. Responsibilities Host live, engaging on-air shows Monday through Friday Prepare daily show content that entertains, informs, and connects with the target audience Write and publish at least two original local articles per day for the station website and mobile app Write and schedule engaging posts across social platforms including Facebook and others Connect with listeners through interviews, live appearances, remotes, and community events Represent the station at promotions, live broadcasts, and special programming initiatives Produce commercials and assist with market-wide programming and content needs Build authentic community relationships to champion the station brand “on the streets” Collaborate with on-air, digital, production, and sales teams to support integrated content initiatives Qualifications Strong on-air presence and ability to connect authentically with listeners Knowledge of basic FCC rules and regulations Solid understanding of current events and various formats Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Comfort multitasking, meeting deadlines, and working in a fast‑paced environment Ability to operate control boards, remote broadcast equipment, and related production tools Willingness to quickly learn and become proficient in NexGen and Adobe Audition Public speaking confidence and comfort interacting with listeners, clients, and partners Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to prioritize effectively High School Diploma (required) Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required) Preferred Skills No additional preferred skills were listed.
