Position Overview
We are seeking a self-motivated and professional Bilingual Business Development Representative to join our team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service by managing inbound sales and service inquiries, coordinating appointments, and supporting both the Sales and Service departments.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming sales and service appointment requests via phone and internet.
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments, including missed visits.
Coordinate customer questions and issues with appropriate department personnel.
Track sold vehicles and maintain up-to-date hot sheets.
Confirm special order parts with relevant departments.
Follow up with phone and internet sales leads to generate new business.
Manage paperwork, records, and necessary documentation efficiently.
Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Fluency in English and a second language (bilingual) is essential.
Availability to work on weekends.
Previous experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles preferred.
Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in computer and internet usage, including Microsoft Office.
Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds software is advantageous.
