HYBRID ROLE - based in the NYC Metropolitan Area, expected to work at least 2 days a week in our Midtown NYC offices, with travel periodically for client-facing marketing events and conferences. Virtual Incentives is looking for a driven, versatile marketer to join our growing team! What you’ll do Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, and client events—managing logistics, vendors, timelines, and on-site coordination to ensure strong brand presence Support pre- and post-event campaigns, including email outreach, follow-ups, and performance tracking to maximize ROI Develop and manage content across channels, including blog posts, LinkedIn content, and targeted email campaigns aligned with SEO/LLM strategy Own the marketing content calendar, ensuring consistent messaging, timely execution, and alignment with broader campaign goals Manage LinkedIn publishing, engagement, and performance tracking to grow brand visibility and audience engagement Support digital marketing initiatives, including paid campaigns, campaign optimization, and performance analysis Maintain and optimize marketing systems (HubSpot, Monday.com), ensuring accurate data, smooth workflows, and campaign tracking Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to execute integrated marketing initiatives Assist with reporting and analytics to measure campaign success and identify opportunities for improvement What we’re looking for 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience, with exposure to full lifecycle marketing initiatives Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with a creative edge. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent work experience Total compensation is - 65k-78k including bonus potential and is commensurate with experience and location.
