Our client is a growing lifestyle apparel brand inspired by the laid‑back yet style‑driven energy of coastal California. They are seeking a creative, visually driven storyteller who understands fashion, culture, and lifestyle‑driven branding.
This role is ideal for someone who doesn’t just work in fashion, they live the aesthetic. Someone who notices great style on the street, saves inspiring imagery constantly, and understands how a brand should feel visually and culturally.
What you’ll do
You’ll help shape how the brand comes to life visually and culturally across digital platforms.
Responsibilities
Creating compelling content for social media, campaigns, and digital storytelling
Collaborating on creative direction for brand shoots and seasonal campaigns
Developing content that captures the brand’s aesthetic and lifestyle
Helping grow and engage the community through authentic storytelling
Working closely with founders and the creative team to evolve the brand’s visual identity
Staying tuned into cultural and fashion trends that align with the brand’s ethos

Role Responsibilities
Manage all social media platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Threads, and emerging platforms to grow followers and engagement
Manage influencer outreach and UGC partnerships
Engage with the community and build brand relationships with followers
Create, plan, and execute graphic, video, photography, and written social media content
Manage the social media calendar and guide weekly content based on engagement, follower growth, inventory, and sales goals
Oversee grid layout, stories, reels, and content strategy
Coordinate with the e‑commerce team on email marketing content and distribution
Manage social collaborations and giveaways
Track and report weekly social media analytics
Identify and leverage emerging tools across social platforms to enhance content and user experience
Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent preferred
Skilled in content creation including Reels, Stories, TikTok, video editing, photography, graphics, and copy
Strong understanding of advertising, marketing, and digital media principles
3–5 years of experience in the digital space with deep familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.)
Experience monitoring social media metrics and analytics tools
Proven ability to concept and manage strategic social marketing projects
Resourceful self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial environment
Strategic thinker with the ability to bring innovative ideas to life
Strong ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational and analytical skills with great attention to detail
Salary Range
$75,000 – $80,000
Competitive compensation package including potential short and/or long‑term incentives, clothing allowance, merchandise discount, and full health and welfare benefits.
This range represents the good‑faith estimate of the pay the employer reasonably expects to offer upon hire, based on the role’s responsibilities, required experience, location, and internal equity.

This position may be eligible for employee discounts, commission, and discretionary performance‑based bonuses and participation in applicable incentive programs.
