Business Development Rep (Utah First Title)

What You Will Do Responsible for developing and maintaining business-to-business relationships with new and existing companies that raise market awareness for the Title Agency department to increase revenues. Work with cross‑functional teams to forecast revenues and identify target customers. Complete any other job‑related duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our purpose, and abide by our organization’s values. What We Require High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two (2) years of title insurance company or agency experience. Must have or obtain and maintain Escrow Officer License with the Texas Department of Insurance. Complete continuing education courses to maintain licensure. Demonstrated ability to use title production software. Proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to perform in a high‑volume environment. Good written and verbal communication skills. Planning and organizing abilities. Highly self‑motivated and demonstrate initiative.
