About the Role
We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering strong client outcomes.
This role is more than a service position. You’ll be a trusted advisor, working alongside producers, carriers, and clients to deliver risk solutions, including exposure to complex and surplus & excess (E&S) placements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients with a focus on retention, relationship building, and long-term value
Handle renewals, endorsements, and day‑to‑day service with precision and ownership
Partner with producers and carriers to market, negotiate, and place both standard and E&S business
Identify coverage gaps, exposures, and opportunities to better protect clients
Provide consultative guidance aligned with clients’ evolving needs
Maintain accurate documentation within the HawkSoft agency management system
Communicate clearly with clients, carriers, and internal team members

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in commercial insurance account management or similar role
Knowledge of commercial lines coverages (GL, Property, Workers’ Compensation, etc.)
Experience or exposure to surplus & excess (E&S) markets preferred
Familiarity with HawkSoft (or similar agency management systems)
Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
