The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and experienced in print and digital design. This role requires expertise in producing high‑quality designs for print materials, signage, and marketing collateral while ensuring brand consistency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Design and prepare print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, business cards, banners, signage, and more Create compelling layouts and graphics based on client specifications and brand guidelines Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure design feasibility and accuracy Modify and preflight customer files to meet production requirements Operate within production timelines and manage multiple projects efficiently Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and deliver effective design solutions Maintain brand consistency across all projects and assist with in‑house marketing materials Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Experience in print production and knowledge of file preparation for printing Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively Familiarity with signage and large‑format printing is a plus Experience with variable data printing (VDP) is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
