Senior Marketing Project Specialist (Hybrid) (30 hrs/week)

Compensation Range: $40 - 43 per hour. Location: Framingham, Massachusetts. Job Type: Contract. We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Senior Marketing Project Specialist to lead and organize complex, high-volume seasonal campaigns for our premier brands. In this role, you will hold primary accountability for the end-to-end management of project timelines and milestones, ensuring seamless cross-channel communication between internal creative teams and external partners. You will act as a diplomatic navigator, "working in the grey" to remove obstacles and align multi-disciplinary projects-spanning print, digital, social, and motion graphics with the strategic vision of our stakeholders. Responsibilities Oversee a high volume of complex seasonal campaigns, maintaining a clear view of project requirements from kickoff to execution. Manage collaborative creative projects across print, digital, social, e-commerce, and motion graphics. Develop accurate milestones and drive projects through the lifecycle of creative development, approval, revisions, and final delivery. Organize and lead team meetings with multiple levels of management, including agenda creation, workflow facilitation, and capturing actionable feedback. Review and QA content throughout the approval process to ensure all project specifications and brand consistency standards are met. Qualifications 5+ years of project management or traffic experience managing creative teams, preferably in an agency or corporate advertising environment. Experience with Workfront or similar project management applications (Basecamp, Smartpath, etc.) is highly preferred. Strong understanding of digital, social, and media processes; experience with corporate video production is a significant plus.
