We’re hiring a Graphic Designer
with
print production experience to support both creative design
and
print operations in a fast-paced environment. Design & Creative
Designcustom labels, stickers, packaging, and branding assetsfor print and digital Createvector artwork and production-ready filesusing Adobe Illustrator Ensurebrand consistencyacross packaging, marketing, and product lines Print Production
Prepare and edit files forlarge format printing, label printing, and packaging production Upload and manage print jobs inVersaWorks and Summa Pro Pack RIP software Operate and monitor printing equipment Review work orders forprint specs, materials, ink usage, and turnaround times Quality Control
Inspect prints forcolor accuracy, alignment, resolution, and defects Adjust files and printer settings to maintainhigh-quality print output Content Creation
Capturebehind-the-scenes production content (reels, product videos, print process) Supportsocial media content creationfor branding and marketing Qualifications
Experience inGraphic Design, Print Design, or Production Design Strong proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Experience with RIP softwares such as VersaWorks, Onyx Go and Summa Pro Pack Experience withprint production workflows, file prep, and prepress Experience inpackaging design, label design, or large format printing Portfolio showcasingbranding, typography, and print work What We’re Looking For
Detail-oriented with strongproduction accuracy Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced print environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Leadership skills Ability to self-pace Hands-on operator mindset (design + production hybrid role) Compensation & Growth
$20–$35/hour (based on experience & performance) Career growth in a rapidly scalingpackaging and print company Work withpremium materials, advanced print technology, and high-end brands Industry
