The Divisional Leasing Performance Specialist is a high-energy sales professional who plays a critical role in supporting our communities across the division. This role partners closely with onsite teams to drive occupancy, strengthen leasing performance, and deliver a consistent, high-quality resident experience. Traveling throughout the portfolio, the Specialist quickly learns each community's unique value proposition, supports leasing and marketing efforts, and steps in where support is needed most. starting on Day 1! Location: Pittsburgh-based role with travel as needed to State College, Altoona, and Millersville, PA; Frederick, MD; and Cleveland, OH. Type: Full Time Schedule: Monday

Monday-Friday, Saturdays and some Sundays may be included, 40 hours per week. Minimum Experience: Four years' conventional leasing experience with a preference for multi-site or equivalent regional sales experience. What You'll Do You'll be the first impression for future residentsand a key player in helping them find their next home. Here's how you'll make an impact: Act as the first point of contact with all leads and prospective residents calling or visiting the community. Identify the needs of prospective residents and assist them in finding their perfect new apartment home. Manage prospective leads and follow up in a timely manner in lead management system. Quickly learn and identify key product and market differentiators at various communities within divisional footprint Artfully overcome objections and maintain a high lead to tour and tour to lease closing ratio Offer virtual, self-guided, in-person, or video tours of make ready apartment homes. Provide remote sales support, social media support, and marketing/outreach support as needed and assigned Process applications in accordance with company policy and procedure and Fair Housing guidelines Prepare lease paperwork and manage the resident move-In process. Prepare community daily for showings, opening/closing/sparkling the model and show units and ensuring a clean tour path. Assist Community Director in gathering market survey information. Assist Community Director with Community Social Media strategy Build resident relations and assist in planning and executing resident events. Plan and execute marketing and outreach activities.
