Job Summary

Asset Living is a third‑party management firm that has grown from a small property management company to one of the most trusted real‑estate partners. This position is Leasing Consultant responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Regular on‑site attendance required. Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign leases. Conduct all functions necessary to close sales, including appointments, lead generation, tours, model unit maintenance, and follow‑up. Complete leasing paperwork before move‑in. Assist with lease audits, walking units, and turn process. Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, responding to leads within 24 hours. Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios, and exceed leasing goals. Perform various administrative tasks as needed. Handle resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction. Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs (resident functions, special promotions, monthly newsletter, etc.). Contribute to the upkeep and cleaning of the office, common areas, and model unit. Assist in implementing the annual marketing outreach plan. Review and assist in completing market surveys/analysis. Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property, competition, and market conditions; complete weekly market survey reports. Provide excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround. Project a favorable image of the community to achieve objectives and public recognition. Enforce community policies as delegated by the immediate supervisor. Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills and proficiency with on‑site software. Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Physical Requirements

Ability to move about, ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and stand or sit for prolonged periods. Occasional lifting of objects up to 25 lbs, operating machinery, vehicles, or golf carts. Capacity to work overtime, weekends, nights, and in extreme weather or hazardous conditions. Salary Range

$23 per hour to $25 per hour. Compensation decisions consider skill set, background, training, certifications. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, accidental, disability insurance, 401(k) match, commission and performance bonuses, paid sick days and company holidays.
