The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations at a property. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Property leasing and administration Regular on-site attendance Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign leases Conduct all functions necessary to close leases, including appointments, lead generation, tours, unit maintenance, and necessary follow-up Complete leasing paperwork before move-in Assist with lease audits, walking units, and the turnover process Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, responding to leads within 24 hours Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios, and exceed leasing goals Perform various administrative tasks as needed Address resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs such as functions, promotions, and newsletters Contribute to general upkeep and cleaning of office, common areas, and models Marketing & outreach: implement annual outreach plan, review market surveys, and formulate marketing plans Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property, competitors, and market conditions; complete weekly market survey reports Customer & resident relations: provide excellent customer service, monitor service-request turnaround, portray a favorable image, enforce community policies, and maintain consistency across all interactions Education / Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills and understanding of on-site software functions Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements Physical Requirements

Regular movement between work sites, communication, and repetitive wrist, hand, or finger motions Ascension/descension of ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and step stools; standing or sitting for prolonged periods Occasional movement in confined spaces, overhead positions, reaching, and handling objects up to 25 lbs; operating machinery or vehicles; working overtime, weekends, nighttime emergencies; exposure to low or high temperatures, precipitation, wind, hazardous chemicals, and uneven terrain Compensation

Salary Range: $23 per hour to $24 per hour
