Overview
Peak is hiring Leasing Professionals for Ramblewood Apartments, a 1,100+ unit property in Grand Rapids, Michigan. We are looking for customer‑service oriented individuals who can communicate features and benefits to prospective tenants and help close leases. Responsibilities
Engage with the public and provide exceptional customer service. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of leasing processes, Fair Housing laws, and property features/models to meet customer needs and close sales. Qualifications
Leasing experience required, with solid understanding of Fair Housing. Ability to communicate product knowledge and benefits to prospective tenants. Compensation & Benefits

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer, as well as standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds. Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in varying weather. Scheduling Requirements
