Lead Server
As a Lead Server at The Arbor Company, your work matters. Here's why:
Assist Residents as needed in completion of their daily menus.
Monitor Residents’ food intake.
Interview prospective servers and make recommendations to Executive Director regarding hiring decisions.
Train servers by example in job requirements and orient them to Community operations.
Schedule staff according to Community guidelines, and state regulations.
Provide coaching and supervision to serving staff, including termination if appropriate.
Fill in as server if short-staffed in dining room.
