Position Full-Time Assisted Living Lead Server
Shift 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM

What You Will Do As a Lead Server, you will help create an exceptional dining experience for our residents while supporting the dining team.
Provide excellent dining service to residents in the assisted living community
Assist with coordinating and supporting the serving team during meal service
Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and welcoming
Maintain high standards of hospitality and resident service
Support team members and lead by example during service
Assist with training or guiding new dining staff when needed
Work collaboratively with the dining team to ensure smooth meal service
Qualifications
Previous serving experience preferred, ideally in senior living, hospitality, or restaurant environments
Demonstrated leadership or team support experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team
