Receptionist & Personal Assistant (Weekend Mornings)
Location: In-person / In-home (Madison, WI). Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Status: Part-time (4 hours/week currently; potential for additional hours in the future).
Overview We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Receptionist/Personal Assistant to support both administrative operations and household needs from our home office in Madison. This hybrid role requires someone who can professionally manage office tasks while assisting with light personal support duties.
Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls; manage email correspondence and respond to routine inquiries.
Coordinate executive schedules, daily staffing needs, and maintain digital/physical records.
Open and distribute mail, file corporate documents, and assist with budget preparation or personnel records.
Serve as a secondary assistant to ensure the home environment runs smoothly.
Assist with light housekeeping (tidying common areas, organizing) and maintain general cleanliness.
Perform basic meal assembly or reheating.
Run occasional local errands and support general household routines.
Requirements
Must be able to work on-site in Madison, WI during the specified weekend hours.
Strong organizational skills and ability to pivot between professional administrative work and household tasks.
Professional demeanor for handling executive correspondence and phone calls.
Must have reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in reception, administrative support, or personal assistance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
