What You’ll Do
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues accurately and professionally
Support clients and branch staff with online banking, mobile banking, and loan‑related transactions
Research and resolve account discrepancies, errors, or service concerns
Proactively assess customer needs and provide account information and transaction support
Strengthen client relationships by cross‑selling banking products and services or referring clients to appropriate sales team members
Utilize multiple computer systems to gather information, troubleshoot issues, and document interactions
Contribute to departmental service quality and performance goals
Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards, and all applicable federal and state regulations

Proven ability to deliver professional, accurate, and high‑quality customer service
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including excellent phone and email etiquette
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
Comfortable navigating multiple computer applications at once
Working knowledge of deposit accounts, banking operations, and related regulations is strongly preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
