Customer Service Representative Community Choice Financial • Vicksburg, MS As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you’ll help people in your community access the financial solutions they need—right when they need it the most. You’ll play a pivotal role in a fast-paced environment by building connections with our diverse customer base and processing transactions (i.e., check cashing, money transfers, and customer payments) while providing exceptional in-store experiences. Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy Offer personalized financial services to meet customer needs Enter and maintain customer information in a POS system with precision Build new business through daily call campaigns Assist in account management and collections by accepting payments and managing appointments Perform duties outside of the office as applicable (on-site vehicle appraisals, store errands, external marketing) and participate in events Maintain store appearance and cleanliness to enhance customer experience Maintain security protocols and conduct proper opening/closing procedures, including vault and cash drawer management as needed Uphold company policies and comply with laws and regulations Engage in ongoing training and stay current on product and process changes Work efficiently in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks to meet performance standards Handle additional tasks as directed by leadership Maintain a full-time in-person schedule, including weekends; minimum 40 hours per week Store hours and minimum hours may change by brand; discuss current requirements with your recruiter What We’re Looking For – Qualifications And Skills

High school diploma or equivalent Excellent verbal and written communication with professional demeanor Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry Proficiency with phones, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama) Background check required and conducted in accordance with applicable law Ability to meet physical demands: stationary work, standing up to 90% of the time, ability to move up to 25 pounds, and use of mechanical controls Nice To Haves – Preferred Qualifications And Skills

Experience in check cashing, document verification, and/or money order processing Prior cash handling and vault management experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and may be required for some locations Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a personal vehicle; mileage compensation Workplace Awards & Recognition
