Legal Advertising Coordinator

(In-Office Role) Location: Englewood, CO About Times Media Group Times Media Group is a leading multimedia company operating across Phoenix, Tucson, Denver and several Southern California metro markets. We serve diverse communities through a network of trusted local publications, both in print and online. Our legal advertising department plays a critical role in facilitating public notices for law firms, government entities and businesses, ensuring all required publications meet statutory guidelines and deadlines. About the Role As a Legal Advertising Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the intake, processing and execution of legal notices across Times Media Group’s Colorado publications. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Englewood, CO. You will work closely with attorneys, paralegals, municipalities and other clients to ensure legal ads are placed accurately, published on schedule and documented properly. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail and the ability to manage time-sensitive deadlines tied to legal requirements. Success in this position is defined by accuracy, reliability and consistent communication.
