Customer Service Representative
Kansas City, MO | Fully Onsite Full-Time | Contract | up to $20ph. LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a long-term client who is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Temporary Customer Service Representative to support a high-volume call environment. This role will handle both inbound and outbound calls and requires strong communication skills, efficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities: Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound customer service calls Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner Accurately document interactions, updates, and resolutions in internal systems Follow established scripts, procedures, and call guidelines Maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach with customers Meet daily call volume and performance expectations Collaborate with team members and escalate issues as needed Qualifications: Previous customer service or call center experience preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment Strong verbal communication and active listening skills Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems Reliable attendance and punctuality Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour Search managed by: Claire Grossman Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
