Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Shreveport-Bossier City area for a Retail Specialist. The Retail Specialist will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience, assisting customers in selecting products, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring retail displays are well-stocked and appealing. Additional responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, processing transactions, and contributing to the retail team’s overall success by fostering a welcoming and professional environment. Qualifications
Proficiency in Retail Sales and Product Knowledge related to consumer goods and services Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to meet and exceed client expectations Effective Communication skills to engage with customers and team members professionally Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and ability to maintain organized and visually appealing displays Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and managing inventory tracking Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or retail management is advantageous
