Debit Card Specialist

Position Purpose Responsible for assisting internal and external customers with questions and problem resolution for ATM and Debit Card transactions. Also reviews and follows up with cardholders on confirmed or potential fraud. Performs routine debit card maintenance.

Process Debit Card Limits

Monitor Daily/Monthly Card Reports

Responsible for providing information and research for Debit Card transactions

Complete service requests

Monitor disputed transactions for possible fraudulent activity

Supports card file maintenance for debit cards

Research and responds to internal and external customer inquiries via email/phone

Protect and maintain confidentiality with all customers financial data

Acquire knowledge and adhere to department procedures, programs, products and services

Process Visa CAMS

Set Up Travel Rules for cardholders

Process Debit Card Limit Increases

Working Conditions The individual will be required to be available after normal working hours. Business travel may be necessary to meet with vendors and attend training opportunities.
