
Debit Card Specialist

Position Purpose
Responsible for assisting internal and external customers with questions and problem resolution for ATM and Debit Card transactions. Also reviews and follows up with cardholders on confirmed or potential fraud. Performs routine debit card maintenance.

Responsible for providing information and research for Debit Card transactions
Complete service requests
Monitor disputed transactions for possible fraudulent activity
Supports card file maintenance for debit cards
Research and responds to internal and external customer inquiries via email/phone
Protect and maintain confidentiality with all customers financial data
Acquire knowledge and adhere to department procedures, programs, products and services
Process Visa CAMS
Set Up Travel Rules for cardholders
Process Debit Card Limit Increases

Working Conditions The individual will be required to be available after normal working hours. Business travel may be necessary to meet with vendors and attend training opportunities.
