Your Opportunity: Leasing Consultant
We’re growing and have an immediate opening for a motivated, customer‑focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. If you're passionate about helping people find their perfect home and thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment, this role is for you! What You’ll Be Doing
Leasing & Tours: Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, showcase apartment features, and match potential residents with the perfect home. Sales Process: Qualify prospects, assist with applications, and process background and credit checks to support timely lease signings and move‑ins. Move‑In Coordination: Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, inspect apartments before move‑in, and ensure all units are in excellent condition. Customer Service: Respond to resident service requests, answer incoming calls, and provide exceptional support to current and prospective residents. Daily Operations: Maintain an organized leasing office and ensure all community common areas are clean, inviting, and tour‑ready. System Management: Use property management software (OneSite or similar) to track leasing traffic, manage availability, and maintain resident data. What You’ll Bring
High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or Advertising preferred) At least 1 year of leasing experience required Familiarity with property management systems like OneSite, MRI, or similar platforms Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to close leases Solid understanding of property management principles and customer service Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Bilingual in Spanish & English is a plus!
