Role Description Campus Circle Gainesville, Horizon Realty Advisors is seeking a Leasing Professional for a part‑time, on‑site position in Gainesville, FL. The Leasing Professional will be responsible for assisting prospective residents with the leasing process, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining positive relationships with residents. Responsibilities include conducting property tours, explaining lease terms, coordinating lease administration, and supporting resident retention efforts. The individual will also address resident inquiries and work collaboratively with the property management team to create a welcoming community.
Qualifications
Experience in Customer Service and a strong ability to communicate professionally and effectively
Weekends and Summer Required
Proficiency in handling administrative tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work on‑site and manage responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Prior experience in property management or leasing is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in property management are a plus
