Role Description
This is a part‑time on‑site role for a Leasing Professional, based in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with resident inquiries, providing outstanding customer service, facilitating lease agreements, maintaining resident retention, and ensuring compliance with lease policies. You will collaborate with team members to meet occupancy goals, perform property tours, and build positive relationships with current and prospective residents. Promptly addressing resident concerns and maintaining professional communication are key aspects of this role. Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service and Resident Retention Proficient in Lease Administration and managing Leases Effective written and verbal Communication abilities Energetic, detail‑oriented, and organized Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Previous experience in property management or leasing is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
