Develop & execute strategic marketing plans fully aligned with the Cos business goals. Identify & segment target audiences including real estate developers, government clients, and residential buyers through data analysis & market research. Design marketing campaigns. Manage Co digital presence including website performance & SEO optimization.
Requirements: BA in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related and at least 12 months experience in a similar role or as a PR specialist/assistant. Compensation: $50,274/yr.
