2026 Salary Range: $89,508.00-$138,370.00/Yearly with locality (includes locality)

The primary purpose of this position is to provide lead communication service support to Tinker AFB mission systems including network operations, Windows & Linux Server administration, Application & OS patching, Tier III Print Server support and administration, File Server back-up and restore services, Enclave Service Management (ESM) and SIPRnet administration.
REQUIREMENTS:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Obtain & maintain a security clearance
- May be required to travel on military and commercial aircraft to perform temporary duty
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:
1. Knowledge of principles and practices of team building, developing interpersonal relationships, maintain good working relationships, and leading members as a cooperative team.
2. Ability to recognize and analyze problems, conduct research, summarize results, and makes appropriate recommendations.
3. Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work to meet challenging deadlines and to make corrective action when necessary to meet workload requirements.
4. Knowledge of the principles, methods, and practices for integrating information system components sufficient to plan, coordinate, and administer computer systems, and optimize system performance. Knowledge of the latest advancements in technology to initiate corrective or preventative action to ensure optimum performance of the system.
5. Knowledge of performance tuning tools, database management, and project management methods sufficient to optimize systems performance, troubleshoot database performance problems, and perform a wide range of systems administration functions.
6. Knowledge of operating systems associated devices, and the interoperability of systems sufficient to install, upgrade, troubleshoot, test, and maintain those systems; to optimize the functionality and performance of systems; and to ensure the availability, integrity, efficiency, and reliability of servers.
7. Ability to apply methods and practices for troubleshooting, recovering, adjusting, modifying, and improving systems to solve complex problems, provide support that minimizes interruptions in service to customers, and maintain liaison with industry and other activities to provide awareness of state-of-the-art technology.
