This position is a Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) position aligned under authorities of Section 1601, Chapter 83 of Title 10, United States Code and DoD Instruction 1400.25-V2007.

This is a drug testing designated position
Mastery-level knowledge in architecting, engineering, and coding advanced cyberspace training environments. This includes the ability to pioneer novel solutions to replicate complex operational threats and the fusion of Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles with software development (e.g., Python, C/C++) to create custom, high-fidelity simulation and automation frameworks.
Expert skill in deconstructing complex, often classified, operational cyberspace tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and engineering them into formal, high-fidelity curriculum and simulation scenarios. This includes the ability to authoritatively validate that instructional platforms and content precisely mirror the capabilities and complexities of live operational weapon systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and technically develop a highly specialized civilian workforce. This includes skill in guiding military leadership on the supervision of technical experts and acting as a trusted agent to calibrate civilian performance standards around technical innovation and mastery.
Superior skill in communicating and negotiating complex and controversial technical concepts with senior leaders and external partners. This includes the ability to authoritatively represent the organization in national-level forums and translate ambiguous strategic requirements from operational partners into concrete development plans.
