
Guest Relations Representative

Job Purpose
The Guest Relations Representative creates a positive and safe experience for all of our guests that aligns with our mission, culture, and core values leaving a lasting impression on our guests. This position serves as the "face" of the hospital to guests and the "voice" of the hospital for all inbound callers. The Guest Relations Representative will direct the person to the appropriate contact or location within the hospital.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:45am-4:15pm
Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma required. Two years of college or vocational education preferred.
Experience:
1+ years in customer service, hospitality role
1+ year in administrative, clerical or similar role
License/Certification/Credential:
N/A
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duty
Percent of Time
Answer main telephone for hospital promptly and courteously and direct caller.
10%
Greet, check-in and direct guests, patients and families following all safety protocol and guest experience expectations.

Performs basic clerical duties in support of hospital operations
15%
Maintains a welcoming and orderly receptionist area and lobby
10%
Other duties as assigned

The Children's Center Rehabilitation Hospital is an innovative leader in the field of pediatric rehabilitation and 24-hour complex care. The hospital offers inpatient and outpatient services for children (ages 0-21) and is the only inpatient pediatric rehabilitation facility in Oklahoma. Our CARF accredited multidisciplinary team works with patients and their families to maximize the patient's physical and cognitive potential, and ensure the family has the training and resources needed for a smooth transition from hospital to home.
