The primary role of the Client Growth Associate is to support revenue growth by managing early stage sales activity and expanding relationships within prospects. This role focuses on building pipeline, supporting new opportunity identification, and enabling upsell and cross sell of the Baker Hill solutions with other associates. portfolio while ensuring strong client engagement and renewal readiness.

The Client Growth Associate partners closely with Account Managers and senior sales leadership to advance opportunities, maintain accurate pipeline visibility, and ensure a positive client experience. This role serves as a key connector between prospecting, client success, and account management, contributing to both new logo and add on revenue efforts.

Essential Function/Job Duties:

Supports pipeline growth by identifying, qualifying, and developing net new and expansion opportunities across assigned accounts and territories. Manages front of funnel sales activities including prospecting, outreach, discovery support, and opportunity follow up. Builds and maintains professional relationships with client and prospect stakeholders, with a focus on decision makers and key influencers. Assists in upsell and cross sell efforts by aligning client needs with Baker Hill software solutions and services. Partners closely with Account Managers to support account planning, renewals, and resolution of client issues. Helps ensure timely contract renewals by supporting client engagement and identifying expansion opportunities ahead of renewal cycles. Maintains accurate and up to date activity, opportunity, and pipeline data within Salesforce. Collaborates cross functionally with Sales, Client Success, and internal teams to advance opportunities and communicate client needs. Demonstrates a proactive, growth oriented mindset with a willingness to learn sales processes, products, and client engagement best practices. Supports analysis of pipeline activity and outcomes to improve opportunity conversion and sales effectiveness. Skills/Qualifications Required:

BA/BS in Business, Sales or related field required 2+ years of relationship/experience selling into the financial services/banking sector; selling to C level executives; relationship and consultative selling A software, systems or managed services sales career spanning a minimum of 2 years sales experience Strong relationship-based selling skills that focus on bringing innovative solutions to customers that solve their problems. Successful track record for retaining and deepening strategic relationships. A Client-centric perspective and the ability to lead and inspire an organization toward developing deep and mutually rewarding relationships with customers. The ability to capture a client's issue, prioritize the importance and then work with the Baker Hill organization to resolve and then communicate appropriately with the client. Excellent communication skills-able to converse with people across different disciplines and functions; write concise; clear emails. Detail oriented with an agile mind and keen intellect An impeccable reputation for honesty, integrity and for doing the right thing; takes responsibility for actions and outcomes. Proven track record of accountability. Must complete the One Hour SAFe Overview training; must be completed with the first 90 days of employment
