Trusts & Estates Senior Associate
to join its highly regarded Boston office. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a premier private client practice advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and fiduciaries on sophisticated estate and tax planning matters.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estate planning, wealth transfer strategies, and estate administration, with the ability to manage complex client relationships and transactions.

Responsibilities: Advise clients on
estate, gift, and income tax planning
strategies Structure and implement
wealth transfer and succession plans Handle
estate and trust administration
matters Work closely with business owners and executives on
estate planning tied to corporate transactions Collaborate with partners on
complex, high-value private client matters

Qualifications: 5-9 years of experience
in trusts & estates or private client practice Strong background in
estate planning, tax strategy, and administration Experience working with
high-net-worth individuals and fiduciaries Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills J.D. from an accredited law school and
admission (or eligibility) in Massachusetts
