We're Hiring! As a team member for Chuck Hemmert Insurance and Financial Services, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our growing State Farm agency. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced team environment. This is not a high-pressure sales role. Our focus is on excellent customer service, follow-through, and building long-term relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities include providing exceptional service to existing customers via phone, email, and in person; assisting clients with policy changes, billing questions, coverage explanations, and documentation; helping manage renewals, follow-ups, and day-to-day account servicing; accurately documenting client interactions and maintaining organized records; working closely with the team to ensure nothing falls through the cracks; and representing the agency with professionalism, empathy, and accountability.
Qualifications include strong communication and customer-service skills, being detail-oriented and able to stay organized in a busy office, being dependable, proactive, and willing to take ownership of tasks, and being comfortable working with systems, processes, and deadlines. Insurance experience is helpful, but not required training is provided.
