Bentex Group is a family of affiliated companies engaged in the design, production and sales of apparel and home decor products worldwide. Responsibilities Create graphics based on Designer’s direction – utilizing character styles guides but creating a unique point of view Develop graphics that follow Licensor’s rules, maintaining character and brand integrity – while pushing forward with a trend right focus Research graphic trends each season across multiple product categories and size ranges. Must be able to design into different styles and aesthetics across a large portfolio of character licenses Collaborate closely with Design and Licensing on Licensor rules, standards, and approvals. Update graphics per Licensor’s requested changes, troubleshooting graphic challenges to find creative solutions Prepare files to pass off to our Production team – limiting colors, creating repeats, etc Contribute to the creation of presentations, sales tools and special projects. This includes pitch projects, as well as maintaining sales boards w/ up to date approved artwork Qualifications Character apparel experience a must 3-5 years experience in newborn / infant / toddler character licensed graphics – Disney, Marvel, Lucas, Nickelodeon, Warner Bros, etc. Must be able to create production-ready art across multiple techniques – screen print and all over prints are the biggest focus Must be proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop 3D & AI generated software programs a plus Enthusiasm towards innovating and thinking outside the box Ability to multitask and time manage your workflow while during multiple deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
