Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Strategy & ExecutionDevelop creative strategies aligned with growth and marketing objectives, with a primary lens on Meta and TikTok Smart+Translate performance data and audience insights into actionable creative directionWrite clear, effective creative briefs for paid media (video and static assets)Write and iterate on hooks across formats, angles, and audiences as a core part of the roleGuide concept development and execution in partnership with design, content, and media teamsUnderstand how to build and feed asset libraries that maximize Smart+ algorithmic performancePerformance & OptimizationAnalyze creative performance (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS) and identify optimization opportunitiesPartner with paid media teams to iterate on creative based on testing resultsOwn and contribute to the ongoing creative testing roadmap (hooks, formats, messaging, offers)Leverage tools (e.g., Motion or similar platforms) to inform and prioritize creative decisionsCreator & Community StrategySupport development and execution of creator/UGC programsIdentify opportunities to scale high-performing creator contentBuild and nurture relationships with creators and collaborators as neededTranslate creator output into broader marketing and campaign useCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Growth, Brand, and Content teams to align on messaging and campaign prioritiesEnsure consistency of brand voice while optimizing for performanceContribute to campaign planning and go-to-market strategiesQualifications and SkillsRequired: 4-5+ years of experience in creative strategy, marketing, or a related fields Proven experience writing creative briefs for performance marketing (video and static)Experience in CPG, DTC, or supplements industry strongly preferredDeep familiarity with Meta and TikTok including TikTok Smart+ creative requirementsExperience using creative analytics tools (e.g., Motion or similar platforms)Strong understanding of UGC and creator-driven content strategiesPreferred: Active adapter of AI technologies (Agents, Skills, Cowork) - big bonus pointExperience with Northbeam, or similar attribution toolsFamiliarity with influencer affiliate programsBackground in health, wellness, or sports nutrition specificallyPhysical RequirementsMust be able to exert up to 15 pounds at times.This role involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.Equal Opportunity EmployerSnap Supplements is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
