Reporting directly to our Founder, you won’t be following a boring script. You’ll be ideating, filming, and executing a daily content strategy that turns views into a movement. This is your stage.

The Face of Bustem: Maintain a high-energy, premium presence that makes brand protection look as cool as it is essential.

Creative Autonomy: Own the entire process—from the first spark of an idea to the final edit.

Ad Innovation: Design organic-style ads that don't feel like ads, driving massive discovery and growth.

Growth Hacking: Take full control of our KPIs. We want to see the followers climb and the engagement skyrocket under your leadership.

Founder Collaboration: Work side-by-side with our Founder to align your creative vision with our global scaling goals.
