Employment Type Sr. Influencers & Partnerships Manager Summary: Heart & Soil is seeking a Sr. Influencers & Partnerships Manager to own and scale our influencer, affiliate, and publisher partnerships programs.
This role is the functional leader of partnerships. You will be responsible for strategy, performance, systems, and execution quality across a multi‑tier partner ecosystem. You will work hands‑on to fix and optimize a large and complex program, while coaching and developing a mid‑level Influencer Associate and managing external partners and agencies.
This is a player–coach role for someone who loves building programs from the ground up, thrives in the details, and takes full ownership of business outcomes. You will be accountable for working in the program at the ground level while ensuring our partnerships engine delivers awareness, credibility, customer acquisition, and revenue reliably and at scale.
This role is based out of our headquarters in Dripping Springs, TX (Austin, TX metro).

Our mission is to inspire and guide people towards radical health and vitality by providing convenient access to the nutrient benefits of organs. Our ingredients are sourced from grass‑fed and finished regenerative farms and we do not include any fillers in our supplements.
We are committed to providing real, animal‑based forms of nutrition to our customers. We are a small team passionate about a cause bigger than ourselves, bringing radical health to others and ending unnecessary chronic disease.
Who Are You? You are a builder at heart.
You thrive in environments where things aren’t perfect yet and you see that as an opportunity, not a problem. You’re energized by untangling messy systems, implementing the right tools, and turning underperforming programs into scalable growth engines.
You possess:
Operator Mentality: You don’t just talk strategy, you implement it. You’re comfortable getting into the weeds to understand what’s broken, why it’s broken, and how to fix it.
Systems & Process Obsession: You love building clean, repeatable systems that scale. You are experienced and think in terms of process and systems‑efficiency (ex. automation, logistics, CRM, attribution/performance tracking). You have experience taking a manual program and building a machine that scales.
Strong Relationship Instincts: You’re equally comfortable managing high‑profile talent and maintaining scalable relationships with hundreds of creators and affiliates. You are experienced with navigating difficult negotiations and have a track record of coming out with favorable outcomes. Experience with contract structure, usage rights, and high‑stakes relationship management.
Performance‑Oriented Thinking: You believe partnerships should drive real outcomes: awareness, credibility, customer acquisition, and revenue, and you care deeply about ROI. You understand the power of influencer marketing at scale and know how to maximize return on partnership through UGC rights / whitelisting etc.
Player/Coach Instincts: You enjoy mentoring and developing others while still staying deep in the work, being close to the inputs and outputs, and effectuating change and results.
Proactive Ownership: You don’t wait for direction. When something isn’t working, you take responsibility and move quickly to correct it.
Responsibilities Own the inputs and performance of full‑funnel influencer program (sourcing, seeding, outreach, onboarding, account management, UGC & whitelisting, campaign management, etc.).
Manage and develop our publisher‑side affiliate programs, with accountability for performance, efficiency, and impact.
Continue to develop our systems and processes to dramatically improve automation and efficiency in our workflows and performance.
Lead partnerships strategy across multiple tiers, including high‑profile talent, top‑of‑funnel creators, and commission‑based affiliates.
Act as a player–coach: set strategy, maintain strong daily/weekly execution, and mentor internal Influencer team and affiliate agency to ensure high‑quality output and results.
Design, optimize, and maintain the systems, tools, and processes that power a scalable, high‑performing partnerships program.
Manage key partner relationships and negotiate favorable deals that balance brand value, performance across influencer, Paid UGC/whitelisting, and long‑term partnership health.
Oversee external partners and agencies (e.g., publisher affiliate partners), ensuring clear goals, accountability, and results.
Partner cross‑functionally with paid media, organic social, and creative teams to maximize the impact of creator content, including whitelisting.
Track, analyze, and communicate partnerships performance, proactively identifying opportunities and addressing issues.
Take ownership of improving what’s not working, moving quickly from insight to action.
Qualifications: 5–7 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or partnerships, preferably within consumer brands, CPG, or health & wellness.
Proven experience building or significantly improving influencer or affiliate programs, not just managing existing ones.
Hands‑on experience working with influencer and affiliate platforms, tracking tools, and a deep understanding of performance reporting and data analytics.
Experience managing a wide range of partners, from high‑profile talent to large‑scale commission‑based programs.
Strong understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and measuring ROI within partnerships.
Experience managing agencies or external partners preferred.
Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship‑management skills.
Comfortable working in fast‑paced, evolving environments where priorities may shift.
Experience hiring, training, and managing team members.
What You’ll Get: Impactful Role: Join a passionate team at a crucial stage to influence the health of millions.
Growth Opportunities: Advancement based on exceptional performance.
Competitive Compensation: Attractive salary and comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, 401K matching, PTO, parental leave, and more.
Lifetime Gym membership, Annual Tribe Trips.
