The Senior Investor Relations Manager at Carbon Equity plays a pivotal role in leading the company’s investor relations and business development efforts. This position entails engaging with family offices, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals who are passionate about making an impact. The role requires managing the entire investor journey, from relationship-building and guiding investors through decision-making processes to closing and cultivating long-term partnerships. Beyond these core responsibilities, the position involves actively scaling and professionalizing Carbon Equity’s commercial processes, utilizing data management and AI-enabled workflows, and expanding the range of product offerings. Build and grow relationships with family offices, foundations, and high net worth entrepreneurs. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective investors through networking, events, referrals, and outreach. Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing investor base. Organize and host brand-building and lead generation events for a professional investor audience. Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns and content relevant to investors. Leverage deep knowledge of private equity and fund offerings to support investors through complex decisions. Help scale and professionalize commercial operations, including data management, CRM, and AI-supported processes. Contribute to building out product offerings as the company grows into a broader range of investment solutions. Requirements

Well-organized and consistent in follow-through — manage a pipeline with discipline and care. A strong networker with existing relationships in the family office and UHNWI space. A strategic thinker who can develop and execute a clear investor relations strategy. Curious, self-reflective, and a continuous learner. Deeply integrity-driven — understand that trust is the foundation of the business. Results-oriented and accountable, with a proactive ownership mindset. Interested in or experienced with financial markets, wealth management, and/or climate missions. 5+ years of experience in investor relations, business development, or a comparable commercial role. Experience with sophisticated or complex financial products. Background in asset management, finance, or wealth management is a strong plus. Bachelor’s degree in any field. Near-native Dutch and English, written and spoken. Benefits
