
Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Account Executive with a proven track record in technology staffing sales. This individual will be responsible for driving new business, expanding existing client relationships, and delivering staffing solutions that align with client needs. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the technology staffing industry and the ability to generate new client opportunities while effectively managing and expanding existing key accounts.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive new business within target accounts
Leverage existing relationships and personal network to generate new client opportunities
Manage and grow existing client accounts by identifying additional staffing needs and expanding service offerings
Partner with recruiting teams to deliver high-quality candidates and ensure client satisfaction
Conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person) to understand hiring needs, project initiatives, and workforce challenges
Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms in alignment with company goals
Maintain an active and accurate sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Collaborate with internal leadership and delivery teams to ensure successful execution and long-term partnerships
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in technology staffing sales (agency or consulting environment)
Proven success in both account management and new business development
Demonstrated ability to bring existing client relationships and/or build a book of business
Strong understanding of IT roles, skillsets, and market trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
