What you’ll do
Drive scalable digital growth strategies across eight Hair Professional brands in North America
Identify and activate cross-brand growth levers, translate performance insights into action, and contribute to revenue growth across eCommerce and digital channels
eCommerce & Channel Excellence Optimize performance across key eCommerce platforms by improving conversion, content, and user experience
Ensure strong, consistent execution of launches, campaigns, and digital initiatives while scaling best practices across brands. Media & Performance Management
Oversee digital media strategy and execution across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest
Analyze performance, optimize ROI, and strengthen partnerships with agencies and platform partners
Digital Tools & Ecosystem Support implementation and optimization of tools such as Ratings & Reviews, CRM, and analytics platforms
Partner with IT, Legal, and Procurement to ensure effective integration and scalable solutions
Content, SEO & Digital Experience Enhance digital content, SEO, and overall user experience across brand touchpoints
Ensure consistency, relevance, and performance across all digital assets
Cross-Functional Leadership Act as a Center of Excellence connector across Brand, Social Commerce, and regional teams
Drive alignment, enable best practices, and support broader digital transformation initiatives. D2C & Social Commerce
Support D2C and Social Commerce initiatives through testing, optimization, and scaling of emerging channels, ensuring alignment with overall digital strategy
