Position Summary The GTM & Integrated Marketing Manager will serve as the dedicated marketing manager for Anchor Loans’ Third Party Originator (TPO) and broker business, developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth across broker, private lender, and capital markets channels. This role will shape how Anchor communicates with brokers and lending partners—elevating awareness of our Broker, White Label, Table Funding, and Correspondent programs while strengthening Anchor’s position as a trusted capital and platform partner for private lenders nationwide. The TPO Marketing Lead will collaborate cross‑functionally with sales (BDMs, AEs), capital markets, and partner organizations (including Deephaven), ensuring all marketing programs are strategic, brand‑aligned, and conversion‑focused.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing & Positioning
Partner with Marketing and TPO leadership to design and execute a multi‑channel marketing strategy that differentiates Anchor Loans in the broker, correspondent, and related channels.
Build campaigns that reinforce Anchor’s role as a trusted financing partner, focused on speed, reliability, and flexibility in a competitive landscape.
Develop go‑to‑market plans for the Broker, White Label, and Table Funding programs, ensuring clarity in value propositions and messaging consistency.
Create targeted outreach strategies for the Capital Markets audience, including Lender Finance and Correspondent partners.
Content Development & Campaign Execution
Lead the creation of marketing collateral, sales toolkits, case studies, and digital content tailored for broker and private lender audiences.
Develop and manage marketing assets that support the build‑out of Anchor’s independent broker network.
Execute integrated campaigns across email, digital, and event channels to drive qualified engagement and deal flow.
Collaborate with Deephaven and other partners on cross‑promotional initiatives and cobranded content.
Support BDM and AE field marketing efforts with tailored campaigns, templates, and event materials.
Event & Partner Marketing
Oversee TPO‑related conference messaging, booth strategy, and partner support materials.
Coordinate with leadership and sales to ensure event participation aligns with business objectives.
Manage pre‑ and post‑event marketing campaigns to maximize visibility and lead conversion.
Performance & Measurement
Track campaign performance across digital, partner, and event channels to identify optimization opportunities.
Deliver monthly reporting to TPO leadership on marketing impact, lead generation, and performance metrics.
Continuously refine messaging and channel mix based on engagement data and feedback from brokers and BDMs.
Serve as the marketing subject‑matter expert for the TPO business, providing insight and guidance on messaging, positioning, and growth strategies.
Partner closely with Institutional and Brand Marketing teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling across all audiences.
Mentor junior marketing staff and cross‑functional team members as Anchor scales its broker and partner marketing capabilities.
Qualifications
5+ years of marketing experience in financial services, mortgage lending, or capital markets—ideally within wholesale, correspondent, or private lending channels.
Proven ability to translate business objectives into integrated marketing campaigns for broker and B2B audiences.
Experience marketing through intermediary or partner‑driven networks (brokers) and strong content development, campaign management, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex financial products.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Salesforce/Pardot, HubSpot, etc.) and a collaborative, resourceful, and proactive approach to marketing execution and problem‑solving.
The preference is for this role to be a hybrid position, which requires office reporting to Anchor’s Thousand Oaks, CA office. Remote opportunities are also available to those not located near the area.
Compensation The base pay for this position is $110,000 - $120,000 a year, plus annual discretionary bonus based on performance of the individual and company.
